Terms of Service
➤ TAT (turn around time) for YCHs is at the most 2 weeks. (More complicated designs might take more time.)
➤ TAT for commissions will take up to 4 weeks. (More complicated designs might take more time.)/This all has a chance to take way less time.➤ My art is going to be shared, it will be watermarked when I share it publicly, if you don't want your art shared then say so before I even take on your work.
➤ I don't do refunds after starting the art piece, I am not a top notch artist and there are things I can not do yet, make sure I can do what you want before you send money. (I will let you know if you show me something I can not do as well or at least let you know I am not experienced with it. You can decided from there if you want to continue.)
➤ I take Cash App (Preferred), PayPal, Chime and Zelle. USD Only.
➤ I will only start your work after you have paid, not before.
➤ You are allowed to color in line works you have commissioned from me, just credit me for the art.
➤ Nobody under 18 is allowed to commission me, I am mostly an NSFW artist.
➤ If you get a commission with someone elses character than you agree that you have been given permission from that characters owner to get this art done, I am not responsible for any incident that occurs if permission was not granted.Adopts➤ Only sell adopts you purchase from me for what you bought them for + whatever you added on with other art pieces.
➤ You may make edits to your adopts, its yours after you buy it, but the art I did for it is still art I did, please keep the credit for the art as mine.
➤ I only do holds for those I trust, so repeat customers will be granted holds.
↪ Holds will only go up too 1 week.Bases➤ You can use them for YCHs, Adopts or even Commissions.
➤ No NFT or AI use.
➤ Credit me for the base no matter how much you alter it.
➤ You are allowed to create add on packs for them if you'd like but do not sell the base itself.
➤ Do not remove my watermark or hide it.DramaYou can ignore this section if you are just here for my art. I'm not gonna run from one side to the other telling them what you did/said unless you're literally threatening their life. Threatening someones life over art is petty and literally insane.Think of it like a therapist, if you're threatening harm to yourself or someone else then you're getting "reported" and evaluated in a hospital.
